Shows on Netflix:
- KFood Show: a nation of kimchi
- KFood Show: a nation of broth
- KFood Show: a nation of banchan
- I binged all of these, they were so educational and entertaining.
Tea
- President's Choice: Chocolate Chai
- Shatimaa - Harmony Chai (i've shown this tea in videos a million times)
- Anything with clove, cinnamon, nutmeg
- As much as I hate the smell of lavender, tea with lavender is shockingly good and comforting

- Ive had the Bowie version on repeat every single day
Food
- I've been obsessed with endives for over 2 years and there are no signs of that slowing down
- Rice cakes are great as a bread substitute, so are corn cakes, but buckwheat cakes are even better
- Dates stuffed w peanut butter, a walnut, and dipped in chocolate are good, but dried prunes instead of dates: 10x better
- chopped apple with a big dollop of yogurt, a big dollop of peanut butter and (optional) drizzled honey, is guuud.
- if you take a piece or a row of 85% dark chocolate and use it as a vessel/makeshift spoon to scoop peanut butter out of the jar: good š
- Tuna, canelini beans, diced pickles all mixed together: goooooood - and you can add olive oil and balsamic vinegar: GOOOOOD. on top of crackers or rice cakes or just eaten as a salad
Comments
Bowie on repeat sounds like an excellent recommendation for all times of the year
