The Gargoyles inserted it so it basically bisects his knob. Deimos has never actually had a real PA, this is the only kind of cock piercing he's ever gotten. Although, what might be throwing you off is the little line I drew to hint at the crown/ridge of his glans that is right under the piercing. βπ§π€
