TEAR without a doubt is one of their best albums! I think BTS should really drop a Jazz album, the few jazz they add to the songs do it for me.

Not just for the jazzy feel but also for the whole concept behind the lyrics. 134340 is the name that NASA have Pluto after they downgraded its status from a planet to a dwarf planet, but still has to orbit around the Sun. It's such a sad love song actually. The things that come out of RM's brain, honestly :

Each Japanese album they re-record some of their songs from their newest Korean albums, but they also release three fully new Japanese songs. For example, Face Yourself has “Don’t Leave Me”, “Crystal Snow”, and “Let Go” plus the into and outro but those are just mixes of the songs in the album. They are really nice, especially Crystal Snow. I also suggest Your Eyes Tell, Lights, and For You which are also some singles they dropped for their Japanese album.

The translator does a very good job, not only translating but also explaining the references among their own songs, language plays and traditional or cultural elements. Def recommended!

I learned a few things from your commentary, all while enjoying listening to this album for the 8317859743190270597 time :) I heard your song earlier and really enjoyed it. It reminded me of a Jason Mraz song LUcky. Not that it has anything to do with it lyrically but the FEELING of sweet love although it's straight about wanting to get down hehe. Also, looking forward to checking out who makes the cut in the new series. Thanks for posting and ALSO.... looking forward to the next BTS Album Producer insight. The productions truly amplifies their message so well. I'm hearing a lot of interesting things but I'm not well versed in this so Mr. Blake's insights are really helpful. I was saving this video for later in YT but suddenly it was gone til I heard abt this on his review on MOTS Persona. Thank you Sir! Gotta listen more of BTS from you. The 'Love Yourself : Tear' album is actualy part of a trilogy, the other two being 'LY : Her' and 'LY : Answer'. Each album has songs in common with one of the other two, but they also have their own original songs, like each member's solo. I hope you'll listen to them too 🙂
