Yes. This is an example of comic book "Action to Action" transition. This type of transition typically focuses on significant events or movement from panel to panel, and over larger intervals of time between moments. It also helps to read the Lettered page... that way you get the whole impact of the art along with the dialogue and narrative and then everything flows and makes sense. Hope that helps! 😅
