Jessie's Wedding Pages 1 and 2
Added 2024-01-08 14:00:08 +0000 UTCEvery once in a while I like to check in on one or two of the people from my older works, just to see how they're doing. Today's subject is Jessie: the until now unnamed woman dressed as a princess at that Halloween party, all the way back in 2008. A lot happened at that party, there were some ghosts, costumes got stolen, and the house was CGI for some reason. The most important thing that happened, though, was Jessie met Curtis, who came dressed as a vampire. I'm pleased to report that in spite of everything that went on, they hit it off and they eventually got married. Here is a depiction of their wedding.
Also pictured is JT "Mustang" Williams: also known as "Stanger," he's a wedding planner, indoor sunglasses enthusiast, and all around intense guy, a true Renaissance man if ever there was one. He plays it loose and rolls with the punches, and can improvise when things go wrong, as we'll soon see.

Yeah, sorry about that. ๐ I hear what you're saying, and I know that there are many in the audience who like a side of ENM with their ENF, but it was never really my thing. There was also a time factor in this case: the soft shading I used on this piece plus the complexity of Jessie's dress, made it take a long time to render on its own, especially as it gets more shredded. Doing Curtis as well would have made it take a lot longer and at the time (I drew this last year) I didn't feel like the juice was worth the squeeze, so to speak.

It's just a bit sad cos I was expecting the couple to be in the same situation at the same time, you know, like they said in their wedding vows, while the other men were enjoying the view of the bride. Haha!
