I've got an important announcement for all of the our Australian Patreons; if this applies to you, please continue reading.
There has been a closing of the Sydney Office of Exchange due to COVID related concerns.
Because of this closing, some of the recent Patreon crates I sent to AU may be delayed, or outright returned to me, as the USPS has suspended all shipments to Australia.
This really sucks because I know you all wait longer than anyone for your Patreon goodies.
This should be a temporary issue, but I'm keeping an eye on the situation. If you are in the AU and you feel like your crate is taking longer than normal to get to you, PLEASE reach out to me, and we'll pull your tracking number. That should give us a good idea about where your stuff is and whether or not we need to ship it back to you at some point when USPS opens back up mail service down under.
If mail does not open up before we start shipping this month, we will just hold packages here until things clear up for you.
Again, this sucks, but we're gonna figure it out. Please reach out to me with a DM if you have any questions, and I'll try to get back to you ASAP.
