This is why I love this drama so much! even if a lot of the subjects are serious and sometimes emotional, it is hilarious. They make it funny without is feeling out of place or weird! Vincenzo will forever have a special place in my heart❤️

When he was in his brother's office he covers up and scratches the K on the name sign thingy which makes it say Jang Han-seo instead of Jang Han-seok. He want's his brother's position. He then goes to Vincenzo's office and actually asks if they can help him. He is still technically on his brothers side but you see that he want to get away and go against his brother instead.

But the reference in that scen is actually to a korean singer whose name is Park Hyo Shin (he is amazing by the way). The song that mr. Nam sings when he walks away is one of Park Hyo Shin's songs called "winter flower".
