Speaking of Japan, last month in Kyoto I attended the always-thrilling BitSummit indie game festival, and this podcast serves as my report on what I saw.
But that's not all: you also get to hear from who I saw, including frequent Retronauts guests (but first-time BitSummit atttendees) Chris Kohler and Shane Bettenhausen, plus first-time Retronauts guest (but long-time BitSummit attendee) Tina Carter from 8-4!
Please note that with a huge portion of this week's audio recorded live at the venue, the audio quality varies wildly based on equipment used, ambient background noise, and possible cicada interruptions. I think it'll make for a fun listen though or I wouldn't have submitted it for your enjoyment.

I just got back from Busan Indie Connect, which I think may be a Korean analogue for BitSummit - they're even partnered! BitSummit had a small presence at the show with playable versions of Sonokuni, Electrogical, Cassette Sky, and Maid Cafe on Electric Street. Thanks for your coverage!
