Otter have a problem. Cats and dogs have different fur patterns and the like. dragons could look like anything. any other species can look different from one another.
But otters, they have problems standing out. So they have markings or tattoos. anything to make them different.
basically I can't figure out how to make otters different aside from stuff like that. makes a bit of sense for an otter society.
This may be a new otter but I dunno. I need to figure out how to make him stand out more. so for now look at him sit watching his prey.
