I think I'll change up how I do rewards

I still have problems with people not responding to rewards. If I don't have your telegram, twitter, discord. I use the patreon messaging.

I realize at this point I should just email people directly now. but if that doesn't work either...

I'll also keep a queue. I usually let a random person know one at a time, talking to other people if the previous doesn't talk.

instead I will send the commission form to everyone who isn't done yet.  then I will work on them in the order I receive them. once a week. You have to give me your contact infomation on it so that what i rely on for previous people.

Would that work better? I want to draw art for everyone, but I can't do it if I don't get the form.

I've been neglecting the benefits function on patreon. It's actually easier for me to keep track of people with it as it will update when people come and go. I used an excel sheet to track it but that doesn't update easily.

Sounds like a good way to do it and you wouldn't have to stress hunting people down

Sending out the form once each round of rewards makes sense. Like you said it automatically builds you a queue and if someone takes a few days to respond to it, that's ok because you have others already in the queue. If you're able to tie it into Patreon's reward system to make it easier to keep track of stuff then even better!

That only works with people who use telegram. and I can't handle group stuff. It's better for me to do it on a individual basis.

I think that the form serves both purposes. It collects responses and creates an ordered queue. Sounds good to me!

Maybe you could setup a telegram channel? That way people would get the message directly :)
