2025-02-21 14:58:25 +0000 UTCFor the second story, one thing that gets touched on, but not directly discussed, is that, even as someone's partner, you might not be the one who can help them. Joseph mentions bringing this up with the guy's psychiatrist, and Jordan talks about this not really being her job to solve the guy's problem. She seems to really want to be able to solve her partner's problems, but she needs to acknowledge just how much she can really help him. I'm not saying that she shouldn't help him, but sometimes the only help you can provide is being there for them while a professional, who is actually equipped to help with mental health issues, is the one that really helps the guy work through his problems. Being there for someone still matters a lot. Finally, I hope she remembers that she also needs to take care of herself. Hopefully that rubs off on her partner so he too feels encouraged to take care of himself.
