This is a lot trait for retail lots which spawns Barfly's on the lot when the business is open and there is a Bar on the lot. It will also spawn a bartender if you visit as a household that doesn't own the lot. As the owning household you can opt to hire a bartender with the usual interaction or have the owner tend the bar themself and let your employees or other household members tend to the store. Every sale from the bar nets the store $15 and 5 retail points. While on the lot sims have double experience gains in Mixology, Juice Fizzing and Nectar Making.
