If you have the optional override for the Workout activity list, please delete, as it is is not compatible with Adventure Awaits. I'm not going to continue update that add on as the sims team seems to be intent on leaning pretty heavily on this feature which will require more upkeep than the override is worth (it only added practicing posing in the mirror to the interaction list, and made it available for business workers.)
The New fitness interactions from Adventure Awaits now give their corresponding Mod buffs (Lifting for free weights, cardio for spinning bike.)
Soccer Ball Interactions from Discover University now give the Cardio buff.
Updated certain interactions to stop giving buffs after a reaching 60 Fitness, requiring Sims to invest actual gym time to keep going. At this point interactions such as Swimming or using the Punching Bag give the Cardio Buff, while manual labor interactions such as gardening and handiness stop giving buffs altogether.
As tee up for the upcoming Gainers and Feeders update, there is a now a hidden "time since last work out" Commodity that tracks what it says on the tin. After about a sim week without a workout, muscle gainers will lose their status as gainers and gain a hidden "Former Bodybuilder" trait. Former Bodybuilders gain fat twice as fast, but lose muscle less quickly. Sims lose the former bodybuilders trait after falling below 30 fitness. Sims can regain the gainer trait by simply working out enouh to set the timer back to zero (about 100 sim minutes.) Manual Labor does count towards resetting the timer, but at only about 20% of the rate that actual excercise does. When the Gainers and Feeders update comes out the plan is for this to allow a Muscle Gainer to transition into being a traditional Gainer like what often happens in the IRL gainer sphere.
Adjusted some values regarding catabolism and muscle loss. Still trying to find the right balance, especially in preperaton fo Gainers and Feeders.
I know there's a lot of prep work for G&F here, but it is still a ways away, especially with the release of Adventure Awaits. This is all stuff that I might've planned to save for a concurrent update with the G&F release, but I wanted to get the mod updated to work with Adventure Awaits as there's a lot of fun potential with this pack and Muscle Worship. I may put G&F on hold for a sec to start making and testing some Gay Archetype Activity lists that will be useable in not just Adventure Awaits, but also Get Together Clubs and Small Businesses.

Removed Steroid Synthesis interaction and Recipes due to potential game crashing. Hoping to restore them in a future update.
