This episode left me speechless. Gut wrenching. Usually a crisis manager comes in to fix a crisis. This evil guy in black arrived to manage starting one. Played by another actor I've chatted to in real life who is lovely. Between him and the attacker from arc 1, I need to see both of them back in nice roles asap!
