Thank you so much! I didn’t realize Andrea was the sister of Clay and Uncle Joe. (I thought she was Uncle Joe’s wife or girlfriend or something.)

He was the one who asked Damien and Danny if they could not bring their partners to the funeral. Iyawa is Damien's boss, and is now dating Emily which is why she's here. In the last page we met Danny's grandmother (in the wheelchair). Andrea, the rather nasty woman who was rude to Damien, is Danny and Damien's aunt. The funeral is for Uncle Joe who is the brother of Clay and Andrea. This man's (Terran, according to the tags) hasn't had his relationship to the family revealed but the popular theory is that he's Uncle Joe's partner.
