We have confirmation of four settlements northeast of Kharkiv liberated earlier today, but the list is growing. The news isn't all good, there is significant evidence of war crimes in recently liberated Tsyrkuny. There are also reports of Ukrainian reprisals against Russian collaborators in Staryi Saltiv.
