Think of this as a mini Situation Report

• I slept until 13:15 PDT - I needed it!
• The map has been updated - the gray dots are archived offensives, we haven't had time to move them to the archived folder because there are so many of them
• Evidence of war crimes is being discovered in Kharkiv - and local residents in Izyum are telling stories - we can validate if those are true, but they are deeply concerning
• There are reports that Russia is evacuating civilians from border villages in the Belgorod oblast
• Ukraine is confirmed to have liberated Syvatohirsk, this is critical because...
• LNR and/or DNR troops still holding Lyman are in a technical encirclement now
• Ukraine has crossed the Siverskyi Donets in three places and is reportedly preparing to advance on Kreminna
• Ukrainian units are freely operating in the forest north of Siverskyi Donets River - in a line north of Dibrova [Donetsk] to Bilohorivka [Luhansk]
• We are receiving third-party reports that Ukrainian recon units have been observed west of Lysychansk - we do not believe this is a sign of an imminent attempt to liberate the city - it is just what it is - recon
• Multiple Pro-Russian accounts are reporting that a unit of the 141st Akhmat is surrounded in Spirne
• Multiple Pro-Russian accounts are reporting that Russian forces defending Bilhorivka [Donetsk] are, or are at high risk, of encirclement
• I can't believe we have both Bilohorivkas in play again
• Pro-Russian reports of a breakthrough in Bakhmut are likely exaggerations
• Pro-Russian milbloggers and social accounts are freaking out over the alleged looming counterattack coming from Marinka - they are likely victims of disinformation
• There is a video circulating on Pro-Russian channels alleging it is from an explosion in Kharkiv - that is misattribution/disinformation - it is a chemical explosion unrelated to Ukraine
• Documented Russian equipment losses are over 400 pieces from September 7 to September 11, more than half abandoned/captured - true losses are over 500 and will continue to climb significantly
• In my personal assessment, the fighting in Azerbaijan-Armenia has accelerated in part due to Russia's diminished presence as a peacekeeping force and the understanding that Russia is or has become a paper tiger
• Operational Command South reported that 500 square kilometers of territory in Kherson has been liberated
• There continues to be many rumors that some Russian troops east of the Inhulets and north of the Dnipro are negotiating a surrender - we don't know if this a platoon, a company, a battalion, so don't read too much into it
