What's the big story? The situation for Russian forces around Lyman has reached the point of no return. The only reason the town is not captured is Ukrainian forces continue to avoid a direct attack, and instead are working on completing the encirclement of hundreds of Russian troops. Heavy fighting is ongoing. We didn't start editing tonight's report until midnight Seattle time, hoping that more intelligence would drop with morning arriving in Ukraine. The decision didn't pay off.

The second story? Annexation, international espionage, wild accusations, and mobilization problems.
