From my understanding, not so different. The ZPP could potentially lose water access, I believe was mentioned in an earlier report.

I’m no nuclear scientist. But won’t missile hits on dams also affect nuclear power plants? In my home country each time the danube has a low flow the nuclear power plant reduces energy production or shuts down, because they don’t have enough water cooling. Is this a thing? Is their nuclear power plant design different? Ours is of Canadian design.
