Added 2023-06-23 23:20:01 +0000 UTCA cascade of road closures along the M-4 Highway from Rostov-on-Don to Moscow. One area was part of ongoing road work, but checkpoints and closures were expanded. Others are new, with the one south of Moscow appearing in the last 30 minutes.
This is not the actions of a government who believes nothing is or will happen.

I pulled this up on Google Maps, and it was happy to tell me how to get around all the closed roads. And that the 12 hour journey would take about one more hour...
