It is my intention to go through every sleep file until my mind learns or is retrained to sleep. My insomnia has reached an all time low this past week.
Just cat napping over the past few days. It affects just about everything you do, with poor cognitive function. The added anxiety with my medical stuff isn't helping, Coming home from an hospital appointment the other day i could hardly walk in a straight line. The fatigue is just awful.
I do believe it affects how my mind listens to files and gets so sleepy in a lovely trance it forgets and becomes unresponsive despite setting out with good intentions especially with the erotic files and adds to my existing issues.
I've tried lots of things from melatonin pills to sleep music, they don't work, however this file did, it sent me to sleep for almost two hours, which is a miracle for me. I think with years of insomnia my mind has become resistant to sleep as it doesn't know any better. My aim is to achieve at least 4 hrs continuous rest and for my mind to let me listen to the naughty sleep files that i have a curiosity for :) And so much more besides. I have to beat this thing.
So thank you Sir, i am always grateful for much needed rest. ❤️
