Hypnosis - Can You Be Hypnotized?

It takes practice. It took me several months just to be able to hit a mild trance becauase my mind wanders as well. On nights I am particularly wiry, I listen to the confusion file after the fractionation file, and if needed the brainwashing corporation file. It seems the more confused I am, the sooner I give up trying to make sense and then I drop. Hope this helps.

Keep trying a year ago I was the same way , now most of the time I drop like a stone.😂 It's worth the effort.

That's pretty normal for analytical minds.

I don't know if this makes sense at all...but I feel like every time you attempt to hypnotize, it's like my mind tends to overthink & wander...so sometimes, I feel like I can be hypnotized, yet, not so much (but I feel like it's because my mind wanders a lot), lol. I just like to think lol
