As usual you talk a lot of sense intelligent as ever.I mentioned you to the lovely kind mental health case worker who has been trying to help me with my stress and insomnia and i told her if it wasn't for what you have said in some files that i probably wouldn't have accepted her help and how listening to you has helped me cope with my difficulties...though it's going about as well as my new beginnings... very little success with both. But she did think the hypnosis was a very good idea, and beneficial for relaxation, though i didn't mention what else you do. We talked about perception and how one perceives the world is imprinted in our mind during our early formative years by what we see hear and experience then and throughout life, she was absolutely right when she said my perception of humanity had became warped, but i do try to see things from other peoples point of view and try to understand why they do what they do. Asked how i was coping with the lockdown and the isolation due to the Covid 19 crisis...i'm quite solitary so it doesn't bother me, however i do understand how other people would perceive and be unhappy about social isolation, Although unrelated it's been a difficult month one way or another starting and ending the month with negativity I don't think my mind will become or is capable of becoming a Tabula Rasa ...it doesn't know how to accept programming. Rolls eyes up to the heavens, you know Sir, your words are not only wise but also thought provoking... there's a sort of irony there as I'm trying not to think too much :) ❤️
