Hypnosis - Flow State

I would love to achieve flow state, I read a brief guide in relation to the psychology involved. I want to improve my ability to focus and with my verbal memory recall. I've had my memory tested in a clinical setting where i had to recall a short story told to me verbally ten minutes later repeat it back and apart from a few words i couldn't do it. However i think hypnosis has helped a great deal because retested six months later my recall had improved significantly but still challenging. It's not always to do with not paying attention as my teachers thought at primary school, and there were many factors involved mostly congenital which did not become clear until my adult years with the advances of diagnostic testing as in mri scans.... I have been practicing Empty repeat to help me focus but it's very challenging repeating and concentrating on the words because i think I will forget especially if the sentence is longer, so it takes away from the enjoyment of the file as it takes so much effort. I don't want it to be like that all the time...and when i can't, for whatever reason listen to what i wanted to, while resting i leave every day files on a loop, just to keep things ticking over so to speak. I really do want to improve my experiences within hypnosis, and Sir in this file you give inspiration that i can attain my goal...An amazing file and thank you for the insight into flow state. I think this is really going to help. Just wonderful! ❤️ .

Sorry, a little off topic, but still ... I would like to ask you, as a rather professional hypnotist: how not to be hooked by energy vampires? And how to recognize them?
