I have groundhog day going on in my mind atm, looping something over and over again I'm trying to forget for over a week now and it's been increasingly exhausting creating a vicious circle, causing a lot of tension in my mind and body, making it difficult to stay in trance, and annoyed with my mind for that. This is like Submissive Recharge in a way, that i derive a lot of comfort from in stressful times and this is just as soothing in a different way, i can't describe exactly but i know i felt the tension dissipating with a sigh of relief as i was pulled down into a relaxing state. 7.55 minutes of priceless, blissful comfort and peace.
