I really love the idea of being methodically wrapped up slowly as it's nice sometimes when I'm unable to move. It helps to silence my mind too. And i like all things ancient Egypt. However, as is usual for me i get disturbed frequently whilst listening and privacy continues to be issue. I've been disturbed three times trying to listen to this file. I'm not going to lie...i got a bit tetchy 😠 but i don't/ can't show it outwardly. Looking at the time elapsed it always seems to be a minute or two before the end. I can't tell you how annoying that is. As a consequence it makes my mind unsettled. And it's so much worse with an erotic file..oh yeah always towards the end... uncanny as i listen at different times of the day. Or when my mind wants to play ;). In fact only a few days ago knowing that i would be, should be alone for a while i wanted to experience that naughty repeat file again as the first time it was a bit of a blur....but no, they had a change of plan came back...three minutes before the end of the file I did well to keep my composure. I put on my stoic head on for the rest of the day but by then I was feeling grumpy 😡😡 Like i don't have enough problems with things coming or going. Eventually I had the luxury of listening to this in it's entirety. It reminded me to be more aware of my breathing with relaxation. This experience reminds me of progressive relaxation. So yes i really enjoyed the feeling of being wrapped up. After waking and for the best part of a day i was daydreaming about going back in time to the era of the Pharaohs of Egypt for a day...Mmm, a fantasy of sorts ;) Loved this so relaxing on the mind and body. The wrapping done with so much care. Just what i needed. Thank you Sir. ❤️
