I've been wanting very much to listen to this for a while, but I've had a difficult few weeks and my attention span is rather poor, hit and miss, as i get preoccupied, anxious thinking about the impending, fast approaching New Year it's not something i look forward to at all for various reasons. So i do two kinds of things this time of year. Listening to supportive, comforting files that help my mind cope with anxiety and low mood. And i listen to obedience files a lot for the focus aspect and not because i am being disobedient and because i really want to complete some tasks before the end of the year... hopefully. I have listened to this file several times over the last few days. In this file the intensity builds as the file continues but at no time forced. Building intensity as in More Obedient To Me. I had some intruding thoughts to begin with but it got a lot better the more i listened over time. Today i didn't have one thought in my mind and it felt very, very good. The more you repeated the title words in the file the more my mind felt controlled and submissive, focused and very comforted by the control and silence in my mind and a big sigh of fuzzy contentment at the end. And a little happy with myself. Incredible file and feelings it left me with. Loved it very much. Thank you Sir. ❤️

That is the same day the clocks turn back an hour in the states. Will have to check if GMT changes that day. ⏰ I checked and GMT went back an hour today 10/30 so we will be synced back up to the usual time difference then. All good at least for US/EU.
