2023-12-02 14:49:01 +0000 UTCI'm one of the folks who doesn't have good success at actually feeling the sensations being suggested. But I did notice that the arm I was focusing on felt heavier and more relaxed than the other arm...until you moved to the other arm and then it "caught up", as it were. It was a lovely file and an interesting way to do the fractionation.
