It's weird how doing very complex stuff like ... a space station (to name something random) is challenging but rewarding, but doing stuff that's too regular like a maze or a repeating pattern decoration becomes mind-numbingly frustrating. There are people who are very good at repeating regular patterns and really like doing them. It gets them into a sort of "zen meditation zone". But they do not seem to be the norm as far as the people who i have talked with.
