I kind of like the first one. It does play into the rusty orange of the trees and the fact that Birrin tend to like reddish colors as far as I can tell. The angle lets us see more of the plane and gives us a better idea of how it looks and potentially handles. Now, all we have to do is build it in KSP to see how well it flies...
