My poor truck ☹️

Have you seen those videos where a wheel flys off of a car and smashes into something? I got to experience that first hand tonight. I was driving my kid to dance class and we got hit by a wheel that flew off a Jeep. We were in the turn lane waiting to make a left when suddenly there was a very loud bang and the whole truck rocked. A wheel had flown off a Jeep, glanced off the side of a truck, and then smashed directly into the side of my truck. The wheel ended up landing in a parking lot on the corner. Everyone is ok thankfully. The driver of the Jeep is insured, so this shouldn't cost me anything out of pocket. I love my old truck, and it took the hit like a champ. I really expected the damage to be much worse before I had a chance to see it. Hopefully it won't take too long to source a new door. It's been a wild and random evening.
