You are right about Who Do You Love - I feel like remix sounds longer. I actually like both versions, but for some reason (probably because of the beat and it making me want to dance and will.i.am's addition to it) I really love the remix. Also, I'm sure someone already mentioned it, but we don't love French Montana in the whole picture - mainly because he was unprofessional and kind of rude when they were supposed to perform this live (he was super late for the rehearsal, the boys basically had to rehearse the song over and over again, he was drunk and/or high and he messed up the performance - completely forgot the lyrics... it was a mess really)... but still the song is good and we love it. I don't know which song is my favorite one on this album tbh (I might love Misbehave a bit more than the others? even though the lyrics are toxic... but on the other hand I feel like they wanted to show a different side of love, since the whole album is 'all about love' lol), and you're right about the whole album just being something you can vibe to. I think I just love the whole experience of it kind of haha... even though is so different from their Korean releases (or maybe because of that haha).

2020-11-17 23:35:20 +0000 UTCOmg yay!!!! This album is truly a vibe! Monsta X stepped out of their comfort zone with this one, tried a different sound, and KILLED IT! We got vocalist rapline for the first time really, and they really pulled off the pop sound. This style of music is more in line with the kind of music Monsta X themselves like to listen to, so they really were excited to try it. Considering they're the first kpop group to release a full english album in 10 years (only 2nd ever) and it was a HUGE RISK...but they were able to chart top 5 in the BB200!! Huge deal at the time! Deserve it so much bc they've been working on this for years :) even before they signed to the US label. The album tells a full story about love..hence the title "ALL ABOUT Luv"... everything from falling in love, to feeling neglected, to secret romance, to abusive relationships, to long distance...and that was their goal! They said they didnt want to only talk about the good things, bc love can be messy and complicated (hence the Misbehave song which describes an abusive relationship from the inside where someone justifies the toxicity). Truly impressive Shownu took part in writing Someone's Someone, and they all were very involved in all of it! And this is the last MX album with Wonho's voice 😭 he recorded it but had to leave MX before they released and promoted it :(( but thank GOD they kept his voice in it...it made us all cry from happiness when we heard him! Anyways thank you so much for this reaction, I love hearing your opinions and we all know everyone has different tastes. Trust me, we don't care much for the features (especially french montana ugh) but it probably helped get the album some more exposure. We still would have preferred the boys rapped haha!

2020-11-17 22:56:49 +0000 UTCbtw don't feel bad about your opinion on beside u, i don't really know any mbb that actully likes pitbuls part or the who do you love remix version x'DD also, every mbb seriously hates french montana because of the crap he pulled when he performed with the boys -.-" also, the album wasn't published by starship but by their american label epic records, so they forced these really weird and random collabs on them.... i wished they would have just let mx rap line do those parts. it would have been soooo much better!!!

And I used to be a huge pitbull fan lol. I still some what like him but not as much. I’m not going to go out of my way to listen to his music lol but it’s still okay for me. I was intrigued to see he did this song with monsta x. But I love I.M verse so much better. And I’m not to much of a French Montana fan specially after certain things he’s done and made monsta x look bad. But I won’t say anything bad about him I just pray that he’s okay and getting what he can straightened out. But anyways lol I do like the pitbull one better but the I.M rap is so much better. Anyways sorry for the long comment. Thank you so much again and I so so love you. :)
