Please note that from Thursday 18th April -> Tuesday 7th May both the Love in Space PR channels as well as general inquiries (reviewing beta feedback included) will be temporary closed while the Community Manager is on holiday. Anything flagged or asked during this period will be picked up on his return.

New
Beta Users
- A day indicator has been added to the clock.
- Each idol now has a day scheduler.
- A level creator, you will now to create your office space and complete the check list prior to starting core gameplay.
- The save/load system has now been tweaked to allow users to share maps they've created, to do this go to \AppData\Local\Starnova_Idol_Empire\saves and send a copy the txt file (the save) plus the screenshot that shares the same name as the save to your user of choice. The user on the other end will then just need to drop both files into their own saves folder. We've included an simple example of this for you to try in the directory called TransferMap .
- In the set list before a live there is now an indicator for relevant information to the song. #1 - Slow (hype reduced), #2 - Solo (only has one singer, guaranteed SING check), #3 - Ecchi (fan service song, guaranteed LOOK check).
- The day scheduler now has an ignore option.
- Sales Department [Room] - To unlock this room you need to select 'research tier II facilities' in the 'build room' menu at a cost of 10,000 KN.
- Cafeteria [Room] - To unlock this room you need to select 'research tier II facilities' in the 'build room' menu at a cost of 10,000 KN.
- A variety ad hoc furniture options including the buffet table for the Cafeteria.
Alpha and Beta Users
- The game now launches and quits into a main menu - this allow the player to use start (for the story mode) or custom map mode.
- The first two stages of the story mode, these serve as a tutorial and introduction to the main narrative.
- The nova gauge (slowly builds up while an idol is above their neutral mood) and ultimate techniques (activate a full nova gauge for a character specific benefit).
- If you select a PV as part of your song maker decision you will now need to also record this in addition to recording the vocal. The PV can be recorded before the song is completed.
- Difficulty modes (although these are currently bare bones just reducing/increasing revenue sources and won't get proper attention until later on).
Balances
Beta Users
- Idols will now only be tired when HP is at 0.
- Mood loss from being tired has been reduced.
- HP recovery of break room increased.
- HP loss rate in general reduced.
- Chance on training related injury reduced.
- The cost of the sick bay has been increased from 400 -> 500 per SQ.
- The scaling of levelling up HP and LOOK stats match other stats, these stats can be increased permanently in the Cafeteria.
Alpha and Beta Users
- KN bonus for successful jobs has been increased.
- The rate of EXP across the board has been increased.
Fixes
Beta Users
- Fixed a bug that would cause the break room to not display progress.
- Fixed a crash that would occur following achieving maximum hype at a live.
- Fixed the personal coach remaining in the room if you were to cancel the action for an idol that is currently queued (even if another idol was to do an action).
- Fixed a scenario where you could queue an idol to record the same song more than once leading to the idol becoming unresponsive.
- Fixed a scenario where assigning an idol to a job while they already had actions in their queue would lead to that idol becoming unresponsive.
- Re applied the fix for Julie facing the wrong direction when sitting down.
- Fixed a graphical issue that would occur when a table is placed between sitting characters.
- Fixed the temple PV not giving +5 pure.
- The police chief for a day job will now once again display the KN value for the job result on a new line.
- Fixed not being able to use the song maker for an idol while they were out of the office on a job (unless select all is used).
- Fixed a graphical issue that would occur when having both a producer's office and a sales department.
- Fixed the manufacturing and selling of goods from the sales department still occurring even when the game is paused.
- Fixed the slow song for the temple PV not awarding any pure.
- Fixed the slow song for the school PV awarding +10 pure rather than +5.
- Fixed FX effects triggering during a live when you try to pause / use the pause menu.
- Fixed an issue caused by using the onsen voucher while the setlist for a live is open.
- Fixed a number of strange behaviours caused by being able to move or delete sick bay beds while they are in use.
- Fixed a crash to being able to delete the sick bay room while it was in use.
Alpha Users
- Fixed a behaviour that would cause Natsuki to run through the wall and off screen.
- The default time state while in custom map mode is paused.
- The map name field in custom map mode will now retained properly upon closing.
- The door in custom map mode will now no longer be considered valid if you delete the walls around it.
- Fixed an interaction in custom map mode that would allow invalid office tiles to be considered valid.
- Fixed an occasion where certain interactions followed by recruiting a new idol would crash the game.
- Changing the value of map height and map width in custom map mode will now not allow you to continue creating office space outside the available play region.
- The delete button on the UI rather than the keyboard (when furniture is selected) will no longer crash the game with certain objects.
- The background of lives will no longer default to your office in certain scenarios.
- Further tweaks to the salaries of jobs to try and prevent values being given to a decimal place (they should now rounded up/down to a whole number).
- The buffet table no longer incorrectly be labelled as a red vending machine.
- A slow song with temple PV now correctly shows as having a bonus pure value of +10.
- Fixed the sales department ending up stuck in a selling state when auto refill isn't enabled.
- Fixed being able to place cafeteria tables in close proximity to prevent adjacent chairs overlapping.
- Fixed the game crashing when an idol is sent to use the cafeteria.
On the Radar / Known Issues
- The difficulty of the second stage tutorial objective has prompted a balance review as well as exploration of the live system in general.
- The game crashing when you try to queue idols into a sick bay where there aren't enough free beds.

Remember that with this being a new version we recommend you delete your previous save files and prefs.ini prior to launching.
