Balances 

• Popping icons during a live now generate less hype.
• Failing to pop an icon during a live causes a chain reaction of icons to explode at a greater hype drain.
• The chain reactions caused by failing to pop an icon during a live can also cause additional idols to fall over and take a HP hit.
• Reduced the chance of fanquakes happening back to back.
• Salarymen will now keep buying new stock for merchandise even when you're already in debt (on credit).
• Mariko is now recruitable in custom mode.

Fixes 

• The prefs.ini file will now be correctly created if one does not already exist.
• Fixed a notification loop of Julie refusing orders that would occur when a fanquake puts her into a red mood.
• Fixed an occurrence that would lead to security guards disappearing after lives.
• Fixed security being unable to return to the office if they're out apprehending a stalker during a live.
• Fixed an occurrence that would lead to auto stock for the sales department becoming deselected unintentionally.
• Fixed a bug that would break the scheduler when the player's office features more than eleven rooms.
• The UI for furniture placing controls is now correctly aligned.
• Fixed an occurrence why fanquake damage could be used to bypass room furniture requirements.
• Fixed a bug that meant fanquakes were not considering recent stalker incidents in their trigger calculation.
• Fixed a bug that meant fanquakes were not considering recent scandals in their trigger calculation.
