Art patch is everything about the game updated. Voice patch is just the voices.

Makes sense. Good luck to her. Is the art patch going to have the updated dialogue, or will that be included with the voice patch, since it's still subject to some change while the rest of the VAs are recorded?

Only about a 5th of Anairis' lines were recorded so we are going to re-audition Toko's casting. We don't want to go to different VAs between games, and at the moment Anairis is dealing with her real life so we wish her the best~

Did Toko's VA record all her lines for Chapter 0 before not being able to finish? If she did and you're just worried about consistency in later chapters, you could always just use Toko's physical transformation as an excuse to give her a new voice. That way the work Anairis and the coders did wont' go to waste.
