Discord for Patrons!

To access your settings to link Patreon to Discord, go to Settings located in the gear on left hand side > go to Account > Connect Discord.
Once you're connected you'll be granted a role in Discord according to your tier!

I'll try to disconnect and reconnect first, maybe it could be on our end too.
