This is some if the best world building I've ever seen. This is a kraken bio ship right ? Are they the final solution in the imperium military or just an important lynch pin. Also how would you say the war with the conglomerate has been so far. Is it a stalemate or is the conglomerate basically in constant retreat.

Thanks a lot fella! The other species have AI, but their AI are dumb AI, general intelligences if you will. The All-mother is a conscious hyper intelligence that was mistakenly let off the leash. This hadn’t been done before the All-mother’s inception, or perhaps it had and that’s why we don’t see any intelligent species predating the Tandrax. It may have been a previous galactic age’s ‘great filter’.

Yes, they will be relativistic slug throwing competitions at distance, like what you see in the expanse. It’s a bit of both, the imperium is all consuming and finds it’s use for everything.

Loving the content mate! A thing I was pondering though is that since the Earth government was fairly average to below average technologically compared to that of the Conglomerate. Does that mean other advanced species such as the Tandrax have meddled with all powerful AI in the past? Or is there like a universal taboo to limit use of AI?

So Space Battles will be Newtonian slug fights between Frigates to Capital class vessels with boarding actions? Also are all the military enhancements of the All-Mother done to humanity via assimilation of Alien Biomes or did the All-Mother use Earth's other species first then just updates those with the assimilated genetic material. For example I thought the Exoskeletons and Scout Flyer look like they come from Terrestrial insects like Roaches and Wasps as their foundation. Also the post-humans looked like they were spliced with other mammals like Bat and Feline.
