The new edition of Humanity Lost is all set up and ready to publish, I’m just waiting for the proof copies to arrive so that I can check them and green light it for publication. I also had to finalise the interior & exterior designs for the station that we’re about to visit and that took a fair while, lots of technical drawing. The station is such a rich environment, with a hanging city strewn between two asteroids. I’ve tried to be quite realistic with the asteroids by having them be represented as quite loose clumps of rock that are prone to lose material. So to get around their flimsy nature, they’re wrapped in collection sacks similar to the one in the proposed asteroid capture mission. You’ll get a much better look at the station on the next page, it’s going to fill the whole thing!

They do indeed, we’re yet to see them though. The imperium have a unit to fill just about every niche that you can think of. There is a standard template drone that is extremely versatile across rolls, but yes there are also specialised drones that are specifically bred for roles as you said. Warrior post-humans crew ships for the most part because ships are primarily used as seeding devices for the creation of Womb-worlds, most of the crew are deployed as part of the invasion force. .
