Watching this again really reinforces the fact that Mnet and Kingdom seem to have a certain criteria that they want to see in performances, and performances that don't really fit that criteria aren't as rewarded, I guess? And while there is no obvious malicious editing in the sense that they want to make someone look like a jerk, the editing for some groups makes it seem like Mnet is boxing them in a certain category only (i.e. TBZ and SF9)? Does that make sense? Anyway-- coming into this for SF9, I'm really proud of Hwiyoung and Yoo Taeyang this episode for being able to show their talents, and made new friends in the process. Also they really grouped the two most introverted teams together fdjlfkjf

2021-06-12 02:15:43 +0000 UTCI will say, iKON is my favorite boy group, so I'm biased, but one thing I appreciated so much in Kingdom was them staying true to themselves and not trying to change who they are for the show. That goes for Bobby here too, I'm glad that he really guided the younger rappers not just in saying lets just have fun, that's why we're doing this. I loved that their performance was just straight hip hop, like they all said they'd like to do. They might not have gotten 5000 points, but they got to learn a great lesson and have a great time.
