GOING SEVENTEEN UPDATE

Hey everyone!

Am I posting this at midnight? Yes but my brain won't shut up about it and let me sleep so...

Anyway, I wanted to pop in and kind of explain the absence of Going Seventeen recently.

To put it simply, it's a show I've been really struggling for motivation to watch for a few months now. It's nothing about the group, I still love them very very much, but I think because I've been watching it pretty consistently up until recently, my brain is like hmmmm need a break now. Like I have some weird GoSVT burn out. It's actually only in the last few days that I've had this realisation but it's been going on for a while for sure and I certainly don't think it's the only show I've had this with (Time To Twice being a prime example).

With other forms of work, you can force yourself to do things regardless of motivation but with reactions... Well, I don't want to force anything too much because that just makes for something very boring for you, and very not enjoyable for me.

So, having now come to this realisation, I've decided to put Goint Seventeen on a temporary hiatus. I'm hoping it won't be too long (maybe just a few months) but I obviously can't be sure. All I can say is I will let you guys know when it's coming back and it will continue to be streamed on Twitch when it does.

As for other Seventeen content in the meantime, I have no fixed plans as of yet. There are other things on my list shows-wise and other bits and pieces in requests and whatnot, so there will likely be some stuff here and there but again, no major fixed plans right now.

I hope you guys understand and if the lack of SVT content is cause for you to want to leave the Patreon I completely get it!
