interesting little thing about XH! my boyfriend did a translation of their debut showcase and he realized that while looking at the audio levels and just repeating parts over and over to translate properly, ode is very charismatic on stage, when he's speaking in his normal voice he's even more softspoken than junhan, the resident staple Quit (TM) member of the group! ode is really lovely and a lot more mellow than his stage persona would make it seem, so it makes me happy he's in the lead for a bias for you rn! also gunil's voice is GORGEOUS. singing while drumming is hard so i'm glad they still find ways in their songs and covers to give the drums a little break and let him sing a bit! and junhan's voice is really sweet as well even if he mostly does adlibs, but i love that they still let him shine by letting him do the thing he's loudest at-- killer guitar solos! if you hear one in one of their songs or covers, he's usually the one doing them! also, gunil is a total loser. like, to the point where another idol in the band lucy mentioned XH came up to them for the first time and somebody told a dad joke and everyone knew it was gunil because he's told the exact dad joke before. he's wonderful.

2022-08-29 03:11:31 +0000 UTCI love how they sound better with AR removed. Swan had an appearance on Hyunsik's (BTOB) late night show, which was awesome. Going back a bit there was her cover of Love Shot on King of the Masked Singers. Also at the time as the Taeymin cover there is Swan, Chaein, and Goeun covering Billie Eilish's Bury a Friend. Swan did a great of I Shot Cupid.

2022-08-28 05:04:31 +0000 UTCThere has been a lot of good Purple Kiss content with this last comeback. The one I have watched most is Swan's appearance on Lee Mujin's show. She killed that. Also a good group performance of Summer Rain. The three main vocals have had a couple covers lately (Criminal and something else). Unfortunately I think the videos are only on twitter, not on youtube. And a lot of other things that I can't remember at the moment.
