Exploring the SCP Foundation: SCP-3043 - Murphy Law in... Type 3043 -- FOR MURDER!

Based on the description in the text, I went with sort of an imitation of Marv from Sin City. I'm happy with it, but if no one likes it, I can redo it and tone it down.
