Next SCP Foundation Video
Added 2024-07-01 17:23:42 +0000 UTCLooks like we're heading back to Amoni-Ram for a little bit. It will either be 2 or 3 parts I imagine. The question remains on whether or not I should read the whole thing out verbatim, including the dialogue, or do my usual summarization. I don't really think of myself as much of a voice actor, so I lean against it, but I figure I'll leave it up to a poll here.

2024-07-01 18:04:25 +0000 UTCI've said it before, but I'm always hesitant to ask for collabs cause I'm never sure how to handle any sort of monetary stuff. I'm always glad to do stuff for free for others, but I know not everyone is like that, so I just tend to avoid it to avoid complications.

2024-07-01 18:03:59 +0000 UTCI think a good mix is preferable. You're great at summarization but sometimes the piece requires the full context. You don't necessarily need to voice act either, your normal voice is more than enough :)

Personally I think Verbatim is a little too much just in general, but you do a great job of reading the story and bringing life to the characters as you read. I think if you mix it up and read some of the bigger lines verbatim and kept the rest a summary, everybody will be satisfied.

And the followed up by a summarization to highlight key notable parts. In some of my favorite videos you’ve done. It’s typically went. - musings - background info brief summery —🔁 - reading - summarizing - reading - summarizing - recall key point from something previous or an other video just enough to give context — Summarize and muse some more Fin
