Them Good Plugs!

Happy April everyone!

Welcome to a new month of goodies and welcome to all the new subscribers!! If youre new here say hey below :D Grab a tea, take a seat and make yourselves at home!

This video we are going over my 'favourites' list in Ableton. Covering all the plug-ins I use on the regular and diving into why I like them and how I use them.

I always love seeing what other producers use regularly that i might not have even thought of using! There are always little nuggets to be taken away from those experiences. So here i share with you my nungetz.

What are you favourite plug-ins and why do you use em? Share with the class below!

And if you're liking these vids, share them with your other producer friends! The more the merrier.

Totally unrelated to production but is that the 10,000 Days art I see as your desktop background? I’m a huge tool fan and made some Adam Jones style guitar samples a while back. If you’re ever interested I can send over a google drive link of them some time! It’s not a lot but I have some cool harmonic shit (like Rosetta Stoned) and some ambient stuff (like Eon Blue Apocalypse).

Thanks so much for this one! :D So useful! It would be sick if you showed us how you choose your samples/synths to sound harmonically pleasing together and maybe also some music theory and structure techniques to use when composing a track? Cheers <3

This is awesome, thanks! You ever play with any Acustica Audio plugs? They have a free Pultec-style two band EQ that sounds awesome

I do something similar. Synth Favorites (VST’s section) and a Favorite FX collection. I also have 2 other categories that have the rest of my instruments and fx. Basically so I remember I have them and use them when feeling experimental
