Vocals can be a bit of a battle to get right. You're never quite sure what you're looking for or how to get it to where it should be.
This video should debunk a lot of that for you.
I've laid out the simple techniques that I use to get vocals sounding level, consistent, and natural. At the end of the day these things shouldn't be too complicated. Once you understand what you're trying to get to and how to fix certain issues, you'll be able to implement your own techniques and styles and have some fun with it!!
