Face Pulls 3 Sets 12 Reps
Arabesque Row 3 Sets 10 Each Side
Good Mornings w/ Resistance Band 3 Sets 10 Reps
Dumbbell Leg Raises 3 Sets 12 Reps
Side Plank Leg Raise 3 Sets 5 Each Side Rep
