Back on track!

I fell off for a few months but I wanna share a few tips on how I snapped back so quickly

#1 I was healthy for most my life so I think my body was used to the “after†form so I THINK a part of the reason it snapped back was bc it already built the muscles before and had the “memoryâ€

#2 WAIST TRAINERS AND ALOT OF PROTEIN FOOD AND WATER

I ate ALOT more when I was working out so I could get that weight in the right places ;)

#3 FENUGREEK AND RED MACA ROOT makes you hungrier so you eat more but also boosts the production or hormones that make you curvy (bigger boobs and butt!)
