Okay so since I’m scheduling everything a day in advance and I’m starting the grind TODAY, I’m taking pics of my food today but you won’t see that until tomarrow, so until then here’s some pics of food I’ve made in the past. I try really hard to eat ALOT of protein but keep it plant based because it’s healthier, but I LOVE protein from meat and carbs from cooked foods! plus I love cooking! Its actually crazy that I see better workout results when I eat more food that’s healthy. I used to do the opposite and never eat enough, but after flattening my stomach and fattening my legs with fat and muscle I’m never going back!
