I stopped working out and started crying a lot more, I put on the dva bodysuit and I saw my body and I felt a little better. I worked really really hard to have a figure like this. I feel like I don’t do enough sometimes and that makes me work less (ironic right?) seeing my progress made me realize i do work hard. Otherwise I wouldn’t see progress right? I still need to work on form but I Just wanted to share this☺️ I don’t know why I get so sad all the time but Working out helps a lot: mentally & physically, & now I have y’all to share the progress with. Thank you for keeping me motivated 🥰 ❤️ and if any of you ever get sad occasionally, workouts & yoga have really really helped me with mental clarity and confidence and I heavily recommend it.
