NagaSqueezie wanted to see Saphentite from Monster Girl Doctor having Naeva (their OC) trapped by Saphee's coils as the good doctor checks Naeva's health.
It seems that the polymorph is suffering from heavy breathing and her pulse is out of control, and Saphentite has the right treatment for that!
